Project Walkthrough
We will discuss scope, timelines, and other information to get a full understanding of what your project entails. In this process, we will discuss what security measures you would like taken as well as working hours.
Proposal
Based on conversations and building conditions, we will come up with a proposal containing a clear scope of work specific to your project. This scope of work will contain specific specs, timelines, materials and security measures.
Contract Agreement
Terms are agreed to and the project is underway.
Project Kickoff
We will walk the store with the onsite point of contact to discuss scope, logistics and timeline to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I paint the interior of my retail store?
Fitting rooms and areas that get heavy traffic from customers need to be painted much more frequently. Depending on damage caused by hangers or customers, fitting rooms may need to be painted every 1-3 years. The sales floor walls typically take less customer traffic. These typically will last until you want to change colors. These time ranges can vary depending largely on customer/employee traffic.
How long does it take to paint my retail store?
For interior and exterior projects, we can accommodate your needs. Typically, a project will take between 1 day and 1 week depending on scope and size of the location. If you need them completed in a specific time frame, just ask and we will happily accommodate!
What do we do to get ready for the painting project?
This will be addressed in the proposal as well as the project kickoff meeting. Some common things we require are moving certain merchandise, notifying mall management/security, or other minor things. We will make sure this is communicated clearly every day.
Can you work while we are closed?
We absolutely can, in fact we prefer it. It is easier to stay out of the way of customers this way. We can work overnights, weekends, or whatever works to accommodate your scheduling needs. We can also work with 3rd party security companies, store managers, or lock-in situations when you are closed.
Do you charge extra for night work or work on weekends?
No. Being that we are a commercial painting contractor, this is standard for us. Because of this, we are able to charge one price regardless of when we work.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured with Workers Comp and General Liability. This can be made available upon request.
